Song Sparrow
Occurred the most disproportionately in hexagons with stream density
of more than 97 miles of stream per sq. mi. Almost equally likely to
occur in hexagons with somewhat lower stream density (2-97),
provided the April precipitation (hex. max.) is either 17-25 mm or 41-
360 mm. Also occurred where stream density less than 2 if road
density more than 1 mile of road per sq. mi. The logistic regression
analysis showed positive or negative association with stream density,
the extent of public land, elevation (hex. avg.), and topographic
variation.
